Organising golf for a large group is genuinely complicated. Hotels want group contracts. Courses need block tee times. You need private coaches, not shared transfers. Someone needs to manage the room list and the tee sheet. We've done this so many times it genuinely isn't hard anymore — for us.
The difference between a large group done well and done badly is entirely in the planning. We block out consecutive tee times so everyone plays together, arrange dedicated coaches to the courses, negotiate group rates that you couldn't get booking individually, and give you a single point of contact for the whole trip.
Groups of 20+ get access to tee-time slots that are never available to individual bookings. We hold allocations at most major courses.

Questions we get asked
What's the minimum group size for a dedicated large group package?
We start treating groups differently from 10 upwards. From 16+ we can typically get better group rates on courses and hotels. From 20+ we have specific allocations.
How far in advance do I need to book for a group of 20+?
For peak season (May, September, October), 6–9 months minimum. We need to block the hotel rooms and tee times simultaneously, which requires commitment from us that we can only make with a deposit.
Can you help collect money from group members?
We can issue individual payment links so each person pays their own share directly, saving you the hassle of chasing 20 people for transfers.
