How quickly do you respond to enquiries?
Most enquiries get a response within a few hours during business hours. Detailed quotes with flights, hotels and tee times typically come back within 24 hours.
Can I call outside normal hours?
Our phone lines run Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm and Saturday 10am to 2pm. For urgent matters while travelling, we have an out-of-hours emergency contact on your booking confirmation.
Do you charge for quotes?
Never. Every quote is free and comes with zero obligation. We will put together a fully detailed itinerary with pricing and you decide if it works for you.
Can I amend my booking after confirming?
Yes. We understand plans change. Contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to adjust flights, tee times, or accommodation. Any supplier change fees will be communicated upfront.
Is my money protected?
Fully. We hold ATOL licence 3258 and are ABTA member 5093, so your payments are protected from the moment you book until you are safely home.
